Workout logs, exercise history, streaks, settings, and your name are stored only on your device using Apple’s standard local storage. We have no access to this data.
With your permission, Stride writes completed workout sessions and active energy to Apple Health. Stride does not read data from Apple Health.
Stride downloads exercise instructions and metadata from the public free-exercise-db repository on GitHub. No personal identifiers are sent with these requests.
Stride contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
